Ultimate Stargazing LLC ("Ultimate Stargazing," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, book an experience, call or text us, or otherwise interact with us, and how we use and protect it.
Information you give us. When you book a session, fill out a form, sign a waiver, call, text, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address, booking details, and anything you include in your messages. For safety, our waiver may ask you to confirm basic health and fitness information and rider height and weight limits.
Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Our website may collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site through cookies and similar tools. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work as intended if you do.
If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from Ultimate Stargazing, we will use your number to send messages related to your inquiry or booking, such as confirmations, reminders, weather or schedule updates, and replies to your questions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share your phone number with the service providers that help us deliver text messages (such as our messaging platform and wireless carriers), solely to provide the messaging service you requested.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you:
SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any of these purposes, except the messaging providers needed to deliver your texts.
We sometimes photograph or film sessions for our website and social media. Our waiver explains this and lets you opt out. If you'd like a photo or video of you removed, contact us.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Booking and payment records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting, and insurance purposes. Signed waivers and incident records are kept as long as required by law or our insurers. SMS opt-in records are kept while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward as a record of consent. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to these requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to people who need it.
You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of emails (unsubscribe link) or texts (reply STOP). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will respond to verified requests within the time required by law.
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Guests ages 8 to 17 may participate only with a parent or guardian, who provides any required information on their behalf.
Our website may link to other sites, such as social media or booking platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
